Enterprise Asset Registry Software RFP
Our team drafted an RFP to procure an off-the-shelf Enterprise Asset Registry Software as a unified database and reporting tool for facility condition data that could generate deferred maintenance and facility condition index values to enable our client in the lower mainland of British Columbia to make data-informed asset management decisions.
ASI started with benchmarking to identify and track relevant information related to the current state of existing asset management tools and processes. Following, we collaborated closely with our client via workshops to prepare key decision documents, including a Case for Change, Solution Definition & Scope, Option Analysis, Preferred Options, Preliminary Cost-Benefit Analysis, Implementation Milestones, and Risks and Mitigation Plans.
Ultimately, our team developed the functional and technical specification, including a list of features the software should include, such as asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, lifecycle management, reporting capabilities, and security, performance and compliance requirements. The detailed specification was put into an RFP for the Enterprise Asset Registry Software, ultimately leading to successful implementation.
